I'm a creative entrepreneur and visual storyteller based in the Hudson Valley of NY.

After growing up overweight and losing over 50 lbs in my adult life, I focus my work on the intersection of food, health, fitness and creativity. I work with media companies, advertising agencies and directly with clients of various sizes and types.

I spend a good deal of time with my journal, thinking, planning and reflecting. My most creative ideas come to me either while I'm running or working out, on a long drive, in the shower or with my journal.
